Paneer or paneer dishes love everybody. I don’t figure nobody likes the paneer( curds) bites or food. Paneer (curds ) is a famous and brilliant substitution for veggie lovers. It is more renowned for high-protein veggie-lover snacks due to its preferred and healthy benefits. Here, I am composing my most loved paneer snacks. They are flavorful, sound and brimming with protein.
My number one favourite paneer snacks:
1. Paneer Tikka:
Marinate paneer pieces in a combination of curd, lemon press and flavours (like turmeric, garam masala and bean stew powder), then, at that point, barbecue or cook them till roast. This tikka is rich in protein and loaded with flavour.
2. Paneer Salad:

5. Spicy Paneer bites:
Cut big paneer cubes and add flavours, for example, stew powder, turmeric garam masala and gram flour( besan). Mix them and air fryer them. With some oil, serve them with a high-protein sauce made with Greek yogurt and flavours.
6. Paneer Scramble:
Scramble the paneer into pieces and sautΓ© it with onions, tomatoes, spinach and flavours like turmeric, cumin and coriander. This scramble is a high-protein option compared to fried eggs and can be presented with entire-grain toast.
7. Paneer Parfait:
Layer the crumbled paneer ( cottage cheese) in a glass with nuts, fruits and honey. This sweet dish is protein-rich and ideal for a yummy dessert
These yummy and tasty, enjoyable proteins-rich, good fats make them ideal for people who want to expand their protein consumption and are pure vegetarians. You must try these excellent, yummy snacks for those who want to enjoy various flavours and tasty snacks.
